Commercial Development Manager
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused professional to join our team as a Commercial Development Manager.
The role is responsible for planning and managing income and sales streams, negotiating funding, developing new long-term client/partner relationships, and expanding engagement with existing client/partner networks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage income and sales streams
* Negotiate funding
* Develop new long-term client/partner relationships
* Expand engagement with existing client/partner networks
* Develop and implement new multi-year commercial and growth strategies
Requirements:
* 3rd level degree qualified in business studies, commerce or a related discipline
* 4-5+ years' experience in sales, client account or other commercially focused management role
* Experience in working in the not-for-profit, arts or media/entertainment sectors would be an advantage
* Proven experience in strategic planning
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with colleagues and partners at all levels
* Strong IT knowledge and ability to lead projects
This is a permanent onsite role based in Limerick. The base salary, depending on the candidate's experience, is expected to be in the €55K+ range plus benefits. The organisation is open to hybrid working arrangements, with 2-3 days based from home/remote if desired.
