Job Description
The Post Office Manager (L1) role is a full-time position available at 40 hours per week, working within the hours of Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a degree of flexibility required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Listening to and understanding customer needs and advising customers about products and services.
* Maximizing sales and profit, and minimizing loss, by carrying out allocated tasks to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Post Office and its staff.
* Serving customers according to company procedures on customer satisfaction, leading in the successful daily operation of the Post Office branch.
* Handling and balancing cash accurately.
* Completing administration duties as required.
* Ensuring an outstanding level of customer care at all times.
Requirements:
* Candidate must be customer-focused with the ability to lead a team and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Cash handling experience.
* Previous experience in sales/active selling as well as working towards sales targets.
* Back office administrative experience.
