Job Title: Lead Counsel, Labor & Employment, EMEA
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our Employment Law & Investigations team in Dublin or London.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic advice and counsel to ER and HR teams across EMEA on employee-related issues, including performance management, reorganisations, internal investigations, future of work programs, compensation and benefits, corporate transactions, and employment policies and procedures.
* Draft and revise employment-related agreements and policies, including offer letters, severance agreements, confidentiality agreements, employee handbooks, and other documents.
* Partner with internal teams to build processes and playbooks for recurring employee-related matters and work on region-wide projects and initiatives.
* Support employment litigation as necessary.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide practical advice and bring strategic solutions.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of post-qualification experience in labor and employment law.
* Qualified lawyer in at least one EMEA jurisdiction with demonstrated academic credentials (Bachelor of Law or equivalent degree).
* Experience with labor and employment law in EMEA, including performance management, compliance, and disciplinary procedures.
* Ability to learn employment laws in new jurisdictions.
* Experience coordinating and driving large-scale projects.
* Collaborative and solution-oriented work experience.
