Responsibilities
1. Key project stakeholder management
2. Requirements Gathering
3. Prepare Performance Test Plans for projects
4. Definition of performance test scenarios
5. Lead team of 2 off-shore resources
6. Support Performance Testers with Script and Execution escalations
7. Reporting regular status to technical test manager
8. Delegation, final review and presentation of Performance Test Exit Reports
9. Design and implement Performance continuous quality roadmap
10. Participate in Scrum events and Walkthroughs with Dev team
Qualifications
11. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
Desirable:
12. Certification in NFT such as LoadRunner, MSVS, Blazemeter/Jmeter, Neoload
13. Additional course or certification in Quality Engineering
Essential skills
14. Stakeholder Management
15. Proven ability to Lead E2E performance test projects
16. Performance testing experience using NeoLoad
17. Proven ability to Lead E2E performance test projects
18. Performance testing experience of S/4HANA, WCS systems & integrated applications
Desired skills
19. Exposure to leadership skills in multi-vendor situations
20. Knowledge in testing other NFT areas, such as Resilience/Failover, Accessibility and Security
21. Other Tricentis tools skills (qTest, Tosca, LiveCompare)
Solman/Azure Insights monitoring tool configuration and deep diagnostics ability
22. Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience
Over 2 years of experience leading end to end performance test projects
