About the Role Key Responsibilities: Advise and implement tax strategy to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
Manage accurate and timely submission of all tax filings including PAYE, VAT, and Corporation Tax.
Enhance tax and finance governance across the company.
Oversee the banking and treasury function, ensuring effective cash flow management.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive capital expenditure process.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory obligations, and internal control systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address local taxation issues.
Qualifications Key Skills and Requirements: Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor or Accountant with Tax Qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
At least 5 years PQE in taxation/accounting.
Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector (desirable).
Expertise in tax compliance and financial challenges.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting packages.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
