The Role
We have exciting opportunities for a part qualified accountant to join our team in a hybrid work from home environment with a noted base in our Dublin office. This role is in our Outsourcing Team working within our Consulting Department, serving domestic, FDI and Public Sector Clients. This position offers challenging, interesting and rewarding work within a global network organization. It is a permanent full-time opportunity, but we are open to considering flexible working arrangements and candidates who wish to work part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of compliance clients covering preparation and review of sole trader accounts and statutory financial statements, as well as monthly management accounts.
* Assist with tax and general consulting issues for clients.
* Contribute to the general management of client portfolios and provide ad-hoc assistance as required.
* Support commercial management of the unit.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek a part qualified Accountant with 1 year's experience in a busy accounting environment. Prior practice experience is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical/analytical and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and flexibility are also essential, as is the ability to work on own initiative and take work to completion stage for partner/manger review. Travel to client premises will be required, so a full, clean Irish/International driver's license is desirable.
