Farm-to-Fork Collaboration Work closely with the estates farm team to ensure the best quality, seasonal produce is used. What Youll Be Doing Managing a busy, high-performing kitchen, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food quality. Creating daily menus that reflect seasonality, sustainability, and innovation. Collaborating with the farm team on ingredient selection to optimise freshness and flavour. Overseeing all food safety and HACCP controls, maintaining the highest hygiene and compliance standards. Managing stock, GP, and kitchen costs, ensuring efficiency and sustainability. What Were Looking For A creative and skilled Head Chef with a passion for sustainability and seasonal cooking. Proven experience in leading and mentoring a kitchen team. Strong knowledge of farm-to-fork dining, ingredient sourcing, and waste reduction.
