Revenue Accounting Manager
Sierra was the leading provider of solutions for designing, simulating, and manufacturing products in various industries. They produced software used in Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many objects people see daily.
We are seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to help ensure compliance with our global revenue recognition standards and provide valuable information to our Management.

Job Responsibilities:
* Lead a team that oversees accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
* Provide financial analysis and reporting related to revenue, as well as managing an automated revenue application that optimizes compliant accounting of business transactions.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in finance, order administration, IT, operations, and other accounting departments.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar accounting role.
* An experienced people manager with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
* Strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and business judgment with excellent attention to detail.
* Project management expertise paired with self-determination and strategic judgment.
