Deputy General Manager Salary: €55k Location: Galway Duties & Responsibilities: Actively participate in departmental duties, promoting a positive work ethic. Encourage team involvement, initiative, and continuous improvement through a hands-on approach. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all hotel departments. Work closely with managers and their teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Strive to surpass guest expectations at every turn. Maintain a professional working relationship with fellow managers and teams. Carry out tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager or Group Management Team. Candidate: Strong understanding of food and beverage, coffee, wine, and cocktails. Experience in front office operations is a plus. Proven exemplary guest service and sales skills. A degree or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management is preferred but not essential. Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant experience is advantageous. Familiarity with Hotsoft and Point of Sale systems.
