Job Requirements
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to work on a large-scale Pharmaceutical project in the Munster region.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in tender preparation
2. Handle queries during the tender period
3. Evaluate commercial aspects of all tender submissions
4. Negotiate with tenderers
Post-Contract Duties
1. Value progress on site for interim certificates
2. Determine amounts due to contractors for price variation
3. Value proposed instructions
4. Prepare responses to contractors' correspondence
5. Determine amounts of claims
6. Expedite contractors' insurances, bonds, and collateral warranties; and value contractors' final accounts
Qualifications
1. Quantity Surveying Degree or similar required
2. Extensive multi-sectoral experience
3. Experience in life sciences, mission critical, and industrial sectors welcome
4. Ability to work on complex issues and report clearly and concisely
5. Minimum 10 years' experience carrying out pre and post-contract duties
6. Excellent organisational skills and ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines
7. Excellent reporting and communication skills
