Senior ICT Support Engineer
The ideal candidate will provide 3rd-line support to end-users on all ICT-related tasks, ensuring systems are kept up to date and in optimal condition.
Main Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot physical and virtual server issues
* Resolve software-related problems
* Install and maintain ICT hardware and software
* Collaborate with external support companies for escalated calls
* Participate in the on-call rota for the ICT department
Essential Skills and Experience
* At least 5 years of experience working on an Infrastructure Team
* Familiarity with Windows Server 2019/2016/2012 and Microsoft software
* In-depth knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, and GPOs
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and backup systems
Qualifications
* Degree in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
