We are now inviting applications from experienced Service Receptionist & Administrator
DUTIES Include:
* Answering all incoming calls and dealing with customers and directing calls as required.
* Arranging service/repair times and dates for the workshop in consultation with service & workshop Managers.
* Printing of daily job cards and recall checking.
* Management of daily receipts and expenses related payments and cashing up procedures at end of day.
* Invoicing daily jobs to customers and managing of PO number requests for company accounts.
* Assisting with processing of purchase invoices daily.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction – receiving and defining customers' wishes and preparation of repair orders.
* Organising within the dealership to accord with customer needs.
* Observing dealership guidelines and fulfilling immediate priority tasks to ensure a competitive service to the customer.
* Maintaining close control on sales ledger accounts relating to workshop in consultation with service and workshop managers.
* Informing service & workshop managers regarding developments in customer attitudes and possible measures.
* Establishing and maintaining permanent files relating to workshop business.
* Assisting Senior Service Advisor, Service Manager, and Dealer Principal.
* Carries out follow-up calls to customers.
* Willing to be flexible and work occasional overtime as requested by management.
* Exceptional customer service skills required and familiarity in dealing with customers.
* Half-day Saturday work is a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €26,500.00 per year
