Job Title: Human Resource Administrator
Location: South Kerry
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the HR department, assisting with all aspects of human resources and people management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the HR department in coordinating and delivering onsite induction programs.
* Liaise with department managers to manage labor planning and recruitment processes.
* Ensure tailored induction plans are in place for new employees.
* Provide general HR assistance to the company.
* Coordinate and deliver training sessions as needed.
* Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures related to HR.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a HR Administrator or similar position, preferably in the hospitality sector.
* Technical knowledge of employment legislation.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM's.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
