Territory Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our client, a leading Irish company with a significant market share and established customer base. This role will focus on the Munster region.

The Role:
You will be responsible for new business development in your region, managing and growing the existing corporate client base, launching new products and services, and delivering targeted growth plans across the region.
Additionally, you will research and identify new business opportunities, understand competitor offerings, prepare sales KPI reports, collaborate with colleagues, and support the Sales Director's strategic duties.
Requirements:
* 3rd-level qualification in business studies, commerce, or a related field.
* 3-4+ years of field sales/business development experience with a commercial/B2B focus.
* Experience in selling to the construction, hardware, or related sectors is advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers at all levels.
* Strong IT knowledge and ability to multitask across different product ranges.
* A full and clean driving license.

This is a full-time/permanent position with a competitive salary package, including a company vehicle, phone, fuel card, and education/training supports.
The territory will cover Munster, with occasional visits to Galway city, allowing candidates to be based anywhere within the province.
