Job Description
Vacancy for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie in Coriander Nepalese and Indian restaurant (Little Nepal Food Restaurant Ltd). Preparing and cooking Nepalese and Indian food is essential. At least 2 years of experience needed as a chef. A full understanding of HACCP principles and guidelines is a must; certification in HACCP is preferred. The position will act as an assistant to the sous chef and head chef and will require working in every section of the kitchen (tandoor oven, dessert section, curry preparation, sauce preparation, and plating and garnishing). The candidate must have good knowledge about Indian and Nepalese food as well as continental food. Applying for a Chef de Partie must require the following key assets:
