Digital Skills Coach (Grade VI)
The role of Digital Skills Coach is crucial in furthering digital education at TU Dublin. Key objectives include increasing both organisational digital capacity and the digital capabilities of staff and students.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance digital literacy among staff and students
* Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals on effective use of digital tools and technologies
* Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to integrate digital education into teaching, learning, and assessment processes
* Conduct needs assessments and develop plans to address digital skills gaps within the university
Requirements:
* Proven experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring with a focus on digital skills development
* Strong understanding of digital education trends and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Arrangements:
The post will be based initially in TU Dublin Aungier St, but may be reassigned at the discretion of the university. The university may consider flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.
Salary:
€55,643 per annum
