Financial Controller Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our leadership team in County Wexford.
The finance function provides a wide range of services to numerous subsidiaries and business units across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, covering all facets of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Serving as a technical expert on accounting matters, providing guidance on complex financial issues.
* Overseeing the preparation and review of Financial Statements and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
* Managing the budgetary process for relevant subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Delivering financial performance updates, including board reports and commentary.
Requirements
* Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role within a complex organization.
* Expertise in technical accounting with a strong record of making high-level financial decisions.
* Proven experience managing commercial projects and delivering strategic financial initiatives.
* Familiarity with project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
