Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Installation Engineer to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining a variety of systems and equipment, ensuring they meet both company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Installation and Setup: Install and configure equipment and systems at customer sites.
* Perform system tests to ensure proper functionality and integration with existing systems.
* Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Assist customers with operational training and usage instructions.
* Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
* Update and upgrade systems as needed to enhance functionality and efficiency.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.
* Prepare detailed reports on system performance and any issues encountered.
* Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
* Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all company and industry standards, guidelines, and regulations.
* Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of technical systems or equipment.
2. Experience in customer-facing roles, providing technical support and training.
3. Mechanical & Electrical knowledge
4. Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals.
* Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles.
* Familiarity with various tools and testing equipment used in installations.
5. Soft Skills:
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
6. Other Requirements:
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
