An esteemed educational institution in Dublin 1 is seeking a highly organised and experienced Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join their dedicated finance team. Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly and monthly payroll for staff, ensuring compliance with PAYE/PRSI.
* Liase with Revenue Commissioner and Department of Social Welfare as needed.
* Prepare and manage payroll budgets.
* Update budget sheets for Trips/Tours/Retreats with income & expenditure.
* Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement policy.
* Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance, including managing diaries and scheduling meetings.
* Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for various internal needs.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Experience with SAGE Payroll (Micropay Professional).
* Knowledge of PAYE and PRSI.
* Strong Attention to Detail.
* 22 days annual leave plus additional company holidays.
