The department is responsible for Voluntary and Mandatory Corporate Action events within EMEA markets. Dublin Asset Services is a globally aligned function reporting to the Global Head of Asset Services. The department works closely with colleagues in London, US, and Asia Asset Services.Asset Services play an important role in the life cycle of a trade and they work closely with other Operational teams and external parties to ensure risk on corporate actions is dealt with effectively.
