We are seeking experienced Behaviour Specialists to join our expanding team within Nua Healthcare.
About the Role
The Behaviour Specialist will work with adults in a well-established Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit based in North Cork, collaborating with a diverse multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake Functional Assessments and develop Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs) to support individuals with their behaviour.
* Teach new skills and improve overall quality of life.
* Promote Positive Behaviour Support across the organization through quality checking and improvement planning of Personal Plans.
Qualification Requirements
A Psychology Degree or equivalent MSc ABA is required. BCBA is preferred but not essential.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Two years minimum experience within a similar role or health/social care setting.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
* Dedicated, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
