The role is a mix of cleaning and reception: Welcoming and checking in guests on arrival and setting the tone for a relaxing experience.
To deal politely and efficiently with all guests queries & reservations.
Provide explanation of the vitality suite facilities and details of the treatments available to guests.
Cleaning of all Anu Spa areas Split shifts involved for cleaning days.
To sell spa availability to achieve maximum occupancy.
24hours a week part-time.
Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability is essential.
