We now have a fantastic new opportunity for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as Assistant Front Office Manager or Reception Supervisor is essential
* Working knowledge of Front Office Systems - Opera experience desirable.
* Passionate about hospitality and providing excellent service
* Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.
* Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
* Must be standards driven and detail orientated, with the desire to progress within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent written and spoken levels of English.
Main Duties:
* Responsibility for the efficient running of the front office activities ensuring highest standard of customer service
* Assisting in training and development of existing and new members of the team
* Assisting in training of SOP's and Standards.
* Ensuring arrival & departure procedures are followed to ensure a positive guest experience.
* Upselling rooms and cross selling throughout departments
* Attend meetings such as Daily Briefings and weekly Head of Department meeting.
* Overseeing the allocation of rooms and liaising with Accommodation department to ensure timely availability.
