The Human Resource (HR) Support Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics across North Cork Creameries and apply this data to support decision-making related to recruitment, retention, engagement, diversity, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources including the time and attendance system, employee culture surveys, exit interviews, employment records, 1 to 1 coaching sessions, Training database (nVolve), and any new systems in place.
2. Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
3. Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to the HR manager.
4. Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture, including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and maintain legal compliance.
5. Arrange and conduct Induction for all new hires, covering all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to Induction on site.
6. Clean data to eliminate errors and create meaningful analysis of datasets.
7. Analyze data manually and by using various tools and programs.
8. Conduct and/or assist with internal HR compliance audits.
9. Liase with all employees on day-to-day HR queries.
10. Perform any reasonable additional duties assigned by the HR Manager.

4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and the ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations.
5. Proficient with or able to quickly navigate the organization's software platforms (e.g., TMS, nVolve).
6. Strong administrative skills with a background and qualification in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
7. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of the operations team.
