As part of the Merchandising Ireland Team, you will directly support the Merchandising Director & Merchandising leadership team in delivering the business targets. Key Accountabilities: Collate weekly and monthly reports across different teams/departments Organise meeting bookings, including team meetings, conferences and events Manage presentation decks for Merchandising management team Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items Diary & Travel management Oversee the department annual leave calendar and requests Ad hoc support and project work as required Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in administration High proficiency in MS Office Suite particularly Excel & PowerPoint Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Professional communication and execution. Ability to prioritise with workload and work to tight deadlines. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Flexible and adaptable with a Can Do attitude. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and administrative skills.
