What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a busy, high-performing kitchen, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food quality.
* Creating daily menus that reflect seasonality, sustainability, and innovation.
* Collaborating with the farm team on ingredient selection to optimise freshness and flavour.
* Overseeing all food safety and HACCP controls, maintaining the highest hygiene and compliance standards.
* Managing stock, GP, and kitchen costs, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
What We're Looking For
* A creative and skilled Head Chef with a passion for sustainability and seasonal cooking.
* Proven experience in leading and mentoring a kitchen team.
* Strong knowledge of farm-to-fork dining, ingredient sourcing, and waste reduction.
* Experience in cost management, stock control, and GP management.
