What You'll Do:
As our new Technical Program Manager, you will focus on organizing, managing, and coordinating the delivery of complex technology initiatives in support of our International (Rest of World) stream. Working with all organizational levels and groups, you will enable the delivery of International Commercial and Supply Chain initiatives that are instrumental to scaling a rapidly growing multi-billion-dollar global business unit.
Additional key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate closely with Technical Product Owners, scrum masters, and agile delivery teams to implement and deliver International Commercial, Supply Chain, and Non-Alc category initiatives to enable growth, transformation, and process improvements.
* Run the day-to-day execution of programs, projects, and/or services, troubleshooting inquiries.
* Support initiative execution from start to finish – work with delivery partners to plan requirements, manage program schedules & budgets, identify and manage program risks, and outline delivery strategies using Agile methodologies where applicable.
* Define, track, and coordinate requirements and deliverables between a wide array of cross-functional teams in different geographies to achieve successful business value outputs.
* Lead teams, governance, and team building, promoting empowerment of the delivery team and ensuring meaningful contributions from each team member.
* Use tools to develop metrics to measure program performance and trends.
* Conduct retrospectives to identify recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Assist in the coaching and development of team members, while holding teams accountable for their commitments.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities for the IT department and Agile CoE team.
What You'll Bring:
* 4+ years of technical program management experience leading globally distributed teams in an onshore/offshore model to deliver complex roadmaps.
* Proven expertise in technical planning, budgeting, and strategic program leadership, ensuring successful delivery of business value outcomes.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering integrated technology solutions using Agile principles and methodologies.
* Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ERP systems (e.g., QAD), and Salesforce.
* Strong Agile program management experience, collaborating with Scrum Masters and technical teams in automated agile environments.
* Track record of managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple domains, including commercial and supply chain technologies.
