Title: Assistant Community Manager
Location: Dublin 1 (Site based)

The Company:
Global leader in the development and management of large scale PRS developments. One of the best known funds in the PRS/BTR space internationally.
The Role:
Assisting with the management of a high profile PRS development in North Dublin. The scheme is now fully leased and operational and requires an Assistant Community Manager to oversee the ongoing operational performance of the development and team.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for viewing activities, ensuring that the Property meets the required Company standards, follow up calls are carried out and feedback is received following all viewings.
2. Actively participates in the leasing process by generating and monitoring traffic, qualifying prospects, preparing tenancy documentation, and completing move-in/move-out and notice to vacate procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures.
3. Uses the Company’s property systems to generate sales and leasing reports and monitors unit availability data and ensure it is accurate and up to date.
4. Promote resident satisfaction and retention by ensuring a timely response to questions, requests and complaints and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.
5. Co-ordinates the tenancy management process by making periodic apartment inspections, evicting residents, and imposing and collecting late fees and other charges within the terms of the agreement.
6. Monitors payments and chases outstanding rent arrears following rent collection processes to meet business goals whilst promoting tenancy extensions and other revenue streams.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in property management or leasing required.
2. PSRA License (preferable) with a solid understanding of residential property, regulations, and lease management.
3. Excellent communication and IT skills.
4. Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
