Job Title: Service Team Leader
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Team Leader to join our team at MSL Service Centre North Dublin, part of the MSL Motor Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring productivity is maximised and deadlines met while maintaining elevated levels of customer satisfaction in line with MSL and manufacturers standards.
* Delegate workloads to service personnel and supervise the team to ensure customer satisfaction is maximised
* Maintain elevated levels of customer service, including dealing with customer complaints and advising customers on technical issues
* Upsell products and services to customers and consult with sales Brand Managers to create an open working environment
* Build relationships and trust with manufacturer and brand partners
* Ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to and complete administration tasks in conjunction with company specifications
* Strong interpersonal and people management skills
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Effective communication and administrative skills
* Diligent approach to work with flexibility and ability to work well under pressure
