Job Summary
We have an exciting new career opportunity for an Operations Coordinator within our Testing Services team.
About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations are conducted efficiently, with the allocation of collectors to task, ensuring that all collections are received on time in accordance with standard operating procedures and departmental requirements.
This is a varied role that will include the below duties:
* Working within the Randox Testing Services operational team, booking collections for customers and processing samples for drugs of abuse screening as part of routine or on call testing services
* Supporting the logistics coordinators in the control and provision of stock to collection officers and customers
* Assist with general administrative duties within the operations department
* Participation in the on call rota to coordinate evening, weekend and holiday collection requests
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
* GCSE in Maths and English, grade C or above
* Competent in the use of Microsoft packages including excel, outlook and word
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Ability to work as a team and on your own initiative
* Flexibility to work an on-call rota
