My client is currently looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Developer Specialist to be part of a growing team. They are a growing global IT multinational at the forefront of innovation and transformation. Join a team supporting a US Financial client, where you will have the opportunity to play a key role within a strategic account from them where they are building a cross-functional team to enhance the existing partnership and create a near-shore presence to support the US market. This is one of several new and exciting opportunities on the team.
The Role
1. Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.
2. Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new information and make updates to existing applications and code.
3. Test and debug unit and systems.
4. Adhere to Salesforce best practices.
5. Maintain code documentation and write and maintain test classes for all custom development.
Skills/Experience:
* Knowledge of Salesforce Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce, Aura/LWC/UI language.
* Proven experience in Testing (unit and systems) and debugging.
* Exposure to Salesforce Best practices, code repo and deployments with DevOps-CI/CD.
* Able to work independently.
* Comfortable managing a team.
Good to have: Capability to use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization such as (DocuSign, Conga, Survey Gizmo, Experian, ACBS, Alloy). Holding Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder.
