Job Title: Key Account Manager Scotland/Ireland (PCT, TBR and OHT)

Short description of the work field:
We are looking to strengthen our Sales team in the United Kingdom, with a Key Account Manager Scotland + Ireland. In this role, you will have a dual responsibility of collaborating with not only the key accounts at multiple levels to ensure the right mix of products, effective supply routes, and excellent marketing support but also to recruit new retailers, activate dormant retailers and effectively support the current retailers in the region. Your goal will be to maximize sell-out for the key accounts and generate retail business both direct and indirect while achieving the best possible P&L for both parties. As a Key Account Manager Scotland + Ireland, you will report directly to the Country Sales Manager.
What will be your role in more detail?
* Relationship building & maintenance: You will gather information about the customer and their sales market, understand the hierarchy, and maintain contact on several layers (C-level, buyers, etc.). You will ensure customer satisfaction as well as manage the broader ecosystem. In addition, recruit new retailers, create pull for the key accounts and direct business with us.
* Managing the business: You will negotiate contracts, discuss pricing & conditions with customers, and manage new orders, internal price alignments, reporting, and supply.
* Marketing Plans: Discuss marketing plans with your accounts.
* Market research: You will conduct market research to inform strategies.
Are you our ideal candidate?
We’re looking for someone with experience in ecosystem/partner management and account planning for all three product lines PCT, OHT and TBR. You should have strong financial acumen, along with experience in data gathering and reporting. The ideal candidate is persistent, disciplined, a team player, and possesses strong communication and influencing skills, with fluency in English.
Do you have what it takes? (requirements)
* Minimum 5 years of commercial experience;
* Bachelor degree or equivalent academic level;
* Background in the automotive or tyre industry is highly preferred;
* Ability to switch easily between hands-on and strategic tasks;
* Strong project management skills;
* You live in Scotland and are open to travel regularly.
