One of our global service clients is currently seeking customer service executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service representative with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all customers and clients by managing inbound and outbound queries. You will work with a team of 8 people reporting into the Head of the Call Centre.
Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound customer queries and be the first point of contact
* Achieves agreed performance levels including any call management measures
* Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
* Develop relationships and build rapport with our customers and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Strong customer service, call centre and administration skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise
* Must be a self-motivated individual with an eagerness to learn and develop
