Production/Application Support Lead Contract
Dublin-based global leading firm requires a talented and experienced Production/Application Support lead on a rolling contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support production environments, maintenance, change, control, event, request, incident, and problem management
* Implement preventative actions and seek proactive solutions using expertise
Role Overview:
As the first point of contact for Level 3 (L3) Support, you will maintain stability for a portfolio of applications. Collaborate with business users, Application Production Support team, and technology teams to identify, troubleshoot, resolve issues, and document or modify knowledge.
Triage Leadership:
Coordinate Level 3 support to end users responding to issues related to Incidents and Problem Management Governance for multiple applications. Focus on triage leadership for all business-impacting incidents.
Requirements:
* Background in Production Support or Application support with commercial experience leading a production support team
* Experience working in Agile development with work management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
* Financial services experience with an understanding of financial products/terminology
