Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for residential and commercial projects.
2. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to create detailed 3D models.
3. Prepare BIM documentation, drawings, and specifications.
4. Ensure that all BIM outputs comply with industry standards and client requirements.
5. Facilitate the coordination and integration of design models across different disciplines.
6. Assist project teams in delivering high-quality models within set deadlines and budgets.
Requirements:
1. A qualification in a relevant discipline such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction.
2. Experience as a BIM Technician, particularly in residential or commercial projects.
3. Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks.
4. Knowledge of BIM standards and processes.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
