Job Description
An experienced HR Executive is sought by our company, a leading international law firm with offices in Dublin 4.
This is a 12-month maternity leave cover offering highly varied duties and exposure to all aspects of the HR Function.
Candidates should ideally have experience in HR within the Legal or Professional Services sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* HR System maintenance, updates, and administration to reflect all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
* Recruitment including advertising, initial screening, and retention of candidates.
* Administration for payroll and benefits.
* Supporting policy development and implementation as well as various employee initiatives designed to improve wellbeing.
* Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, updating employee files, and liaising with relevant departments.
* Assisting with annual performance review processes.
Suitable candidates will possess:
* 3+ years' experience in HR within a legal or professional services environment.
* The ability to build relationships with all members of the firm and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of employment laws. A CIPD qualification or HR Qualification will be highly advantageous.
