Job Summary
The Sales & Development Lead is a dynamic and challenging role that requires an enthusiastic individual with great drive and positivity. This position involves leading the sales team to achieve and exceed personal and team revenue targets, while also developing exceptional sales skills and product knowledge through training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, execute sales strategies to meet team revenue targets, monitor sales metrics, and analyze data to drive performance.
* Team Development: Ensure exceptional sales skills and product knowledge through training, inspire the team to build trust with major clients, lead by example embodying the company's mission and values, conduct performance reviews to motivate and coach the team.
* Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments, coordinate weekly pipeline reports, maintain open communication for successful pipeline development, represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
* Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly sales activity and pipeline performance reports, understand core markets and competition and share insights with the team.
