About the Role In this position, you'll be at the forefront of a growing global business, working to identify and engage new partners to drive expansion.
Using your excellent communication skills and a consultative approach, you'll research leads, connect with prospects, and convert opportunities into new business.
Key Responsibilities Research potential customers using online tools, databases, and CRM systems. Identify and qualify sales opportunities based on defined criteria.
Build relationships with prospects through email, phone, and video calls. Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media. Present products or services to prospective clients, focusing on their needs and benefits. Handle high volumes of calls or outbound communications daily. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Serve as the first point of contact, providing a positive impression of the company. Understand customer needs and pain points through effective questioning. Tailor product/service offerings to align with client requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about leads and opportunities in the CRM system. Track and follow up on leads to move them through the sales funnel. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs (e.g., number of calls, conversions). Close sales and ensure all transactions are processed efficiently. Work closely with marketing, account management, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Provide feedback from customers to improve products/services and sales process. Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends. Confidently explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Address customer concerns or objections effectively and professionally. Negotiate terms to close deals while maintaining profitability. Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Analyse performance and identify areas for improvement. We're looking for someone who has:
At least 1 year of experience in sales, recruitment, cold calling, insurance, telecoms, or any B2B/B2C transactional sales role. Fluency in Spanish (C1 level or higher) and strong English communication skills. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to hit and exceed targets. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A positive and adaptable mindset in a fast-changing environment. Ready to Apply?
