VICTVS is looking to recruit Exam Invigilators to deliver professional exams in Sligo on 21st March 2025. You must be available for work on these dates and complete the short online training before this date.
Flexibility is essential for this role. All training is provided; however, invigilation experience is desirable. A professional working manner is required as the exams are for adult candidates completing industry qualifications. Excellent spoken and written communication is required.
Strong customer service and team working skills are essential for this position.
Travel expenses are not provided, so you must be able to travel to our exam venue in Cork.

Role Description:
The successful applicant will oversee professional, high-stakes examinations for adult candidates. They will oversee and supervise candidates during computer-based examinations. The role requires that all procedures and instructions are followed to protect the integrity and security of the examinations and examination materials.
Rate:
15 EUR per hour
Please note, this work is offered on a freelance or contractor basis and is not a full-time position.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of examination and examination material
2. Warmly greeting and guiding candidates to the exam room
3. Delivering examination instructions clearly and confidently
4. Recording and checking candidate identification
5. Preparing the exam materials and distributing to candidates. Instructions for this must be followed closely for the exams to be delivered according to schedule.
6. Resolving issues independently or by liaising with chief invigilator
7. Reporting issues to VICTVS directly
8. Completing examination and candidate documentation
9. Recording candidate issues and events, for example, bathroom breaks
10. Receiving and returning examination materials
11. Taking photos of exam materials and compiling an exam report with close attention to detail
12. Communicating the examination process to all candidates
13. Ensuring examinations are carried out in accordance with our specified instructions and standards

Experience:
None required; however, experience invigilating or equivalent preferred.
