L3 IT Support Specialist
Contract | €240-€300/day | Cork | Onsite
A client of mine is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their Cork-based team. This role involves providing comprehensive Level 2 and Level 3 support, ensuring seamless IT operations, and contributing to system enhancements and upgrades.
Responsibilities:
Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for Windows and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies.
Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades and deployments.
Implement and maintain IT security protocols, including firewall and VPN management.
Document and resolve technical incidents, maintaining accurate logs.
Provide end-user training and support as needed.Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT support, including Level 2 and Level 3 roles.
Expertise in Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Experience with networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
