Office Administrator required for busy Bray based office for a 6 Month contract The ideal candidate will Have excellent IT Skills with strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel Have the ability to learn new tasks and systems quickly Ideally have previous experience in a similar role Possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Willingness to learn more about the industry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Have the ability to work as part of a team Experience using accounting software Evolution MX is advantageous but not a requirement.
