Continually link change initiatives to the delivery of commercial success.Drive a culture of external insights, continuous improvement and innovation within Customer Solutions. Lead Customer Solutions to identify and execute on new technology, process and people-related innovations.Support, challenge and influence CSLT in the delivery of the overall Customer Solutions goals.Foster effective relationships with other strategy areas in the wider IL & GWL Group to deliver maximum group value outcomes.What you will need to be successful in the roleA strong business/financial professional with experience in identification, initiation and execution of significant multi-dimensional, cross functional and multi-year projects.Strong strategic thinking capability and proven track record in identifying, sponsoring and implementing innovations to deliver significant business value.Experience in managing and delivering within large budgets; be commercially astute.Strong knowledge of financial products, processes, services, technology and markets.Excellent interpersonal, communication, storytelling and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with a peer group from different backgrounds.A proven leadership style that creates an environment where others deliver on clear, measurable goals.Ability to build an inclusive and diverse work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction.Project Management Qualification or an equivalent business qualification/experience is desirable.Fitness & ProbityThis role is a ‘controlled function’ as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the appointee meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank. This requires the company to complete prescribed due diligence to assess the appointee’s fitness and probity.
