An experienced Payroll Administrator is required to be based out of the Swords office.
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing the company's payroll accurately and on time.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles.
Calculate and process deductions such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant departments.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related issues.
Coordinate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Assist with year-end payroll processing, including issuing W-2s and other required tax forms.
Process payroll through Payday.
Act as Project Analyst (part-time role), this role generally involves: Use of the Oracle ERP system (specific training will be provided if experience in similar systems).
Review of project agreements and change order agreements so that PMs can update their projects financially through the One ERP system.
Assisting with the processing and payment of supplier invoices.
General office admin.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in payroll software (PAYDAY) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
