Our client, a leader in the Tech space, is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join them on a 11-month, full time contract. The role will be hybrid for 3 days from the client's office in Dublin. Knowledge of banking and bank account management is highly preferred.
The Treasury Analyst will be an integral part of the Treasury Operations team, supporting many aspects of the global Treasury Operations. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into the company's operations and business and have a meaningful impact within a growing Finance organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Bank account management - supporting bank account openings/closures globally
2. Bank account maintenance - signatory updates, regular maintenance and KYC fulfillment
3. Letters of Credit & Bank guarantees - issuance, maintenance and reporting
4. Assist the Treasury team on system maintenance around administration of banking portal access
5. Support a robust controls environment with regular interactions among internal and external audit functions
6. Develop and maintain reporting capabilities that surface key insights to Finance management
7. Work on various Treasury global projects, such as system implementation and automation initiatives
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
2. Experience in domestic and international Treasury Operations
3. Exceptional analytical skills and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
4. Knowledge of banking and treasury systems such as FIS Quantum, CashPro, CitiDirect, is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
1. Must be a self-starter, have own initiative, and possess strong prioritization and organization skills
2. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
3. Must have good verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences
4. Must be a team player adept at facilitating an open exchange of ideas and know how to build win/win relationships
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
Please note that this is a contract role for 11 months.
