Job Description
The HRIS Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business value through strategic analysis of HR Information Systems. This dynamic individual will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of these systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
* Ownership of HR Information Systems, including completion of monthly audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
* Troubleshoot and analyze system issues, collaborating with vendors to resolve problems efficiently.
* Generate and distribute monthly reports from Peopledoc and SuccessFactors to key stakeholders as required.
* Compile and present monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Executive team, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Participate in data review, auditing, and user acceptance testing of new processes, procedures, and system changes to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
* Administer Annual Pay and Performance Review processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
* Contribute to the People Services team, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and ability to train/coach team members on associated lifecycle data management transactions and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Human Resources/Business Qualification: 3rd level qualification or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience working with SuccessFactors HRIS.
* Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
