They are looking for a skilled Learning & Development/Talent Management Manager to enhance their talent management processes and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in reviewing the talent cycle and familiar with annual talent management exercises.
About The Role
* Review and optimize the talent cycle, ensuring best practices are followed.
* Conduct annual talent reviews, leveraging data to support informed business decisions.
* Administer, revise, and draft group reporting related to talent management initiatives.
* Design, launch, and communicate leadership programs aimed at developing future leaders within the organization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent management strategies with business objectives.
* Monitor and assess the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management gained from sizeable corporations.
* Familiarity with talent review processes and annual HR exercises.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English & Chinese, to effectively engage stakeholders.
* Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs is a plus.
