1. We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for our client in Dublin 5.
2. The Ideal Candidate:
3. Attention to detail, accuracy with recording information.
4. Bookkeeping skills.
5. Organized and precise
6. Good PC Skills, to include excel and word, experience in an accounting package would be an advantage.
7. Experience with bank reconciliations, basic account preparations would be an advantage.
8. To be able to work as part of a team, but also capable of working on their own initiative and have the ability to plan and control their workload.
9. Have strong technical accounting skills
10. Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to priorities work
11. Be capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Key responsibilities:
12. Recording all receipts and payments, inputting into accounting software, monthly reconciling of banks.
13. Registering and Invoicing vehicle sales
14. Preparation of financial information for management.
15. Interaction with various departments within the company (administration, finance, sales, workshop, Parts)
16. Other ad hoc duties as the need may arise.
