Market Access Manager
We are seeking an experienced Market Access Manager to support the launch of two new products: Oncology Rare Disease and Digital Therapeutics. This is a dynamic role that involves pre-launch activities, submissions, tenders, promotional materials, project management, pricing, and leveraging NHS expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, lead, and implement market access strategies for launch and LoE assets.
* Provide leadership, management, and development of direct reports.
* Couch market access colleagues to enhance technical knowledge/capabilities and ensure effective implementation of market access materials.
Key Accountabilities:
* Customer strategy planning, development, and execution of MA tactics.
* Pricing and Reimbursement.
* Development of customer materials.
* Sales results & budget.
* Internal & external collaboration.
* External Environment Subject Matter Expert sought for NHS/Health System knowledge, with a particular focus on funding flows, medicines management, and care pathway development and optimisation.
Desired Technical Skills & Experience:
* Previous CNS and oncology experience strongly desired.
* Experience in digital therapeutics and complexities of bringing such to the NHS desired.
* Track record of creating and implementing successful market access strategies and tactics.
* Understanding of the complexities of the tender landscape in the UK and Ireland desired.
* Experience of working in an alliance.
* Understanding of the principles of the HTA systems in the UK and Ireland.
* Business case development.
Education/Qualifications:
* Science/pharmacy/medical education to degree level essential.
* Continued professional development.
* Clean driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK.
