About the Role
We are seeking multiple administrators to work in various departments and services across the Foyle Area. As a preferred supplier of temporary administrative staff to NHS sites in Northern Ireland, we are committed to providing exceptional support.
Job Duties:
* Collaborate with other team secretaries to ensure seamless department operations.
* Manage diaries for both business and personal purposes.
* Respond to telephone calls and email inquiries.
* Note take during meetings.
* Perform general secretarial tasks.
Requirements:
* 4 GCSEs grade A-C, including English and Maths.
* 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
