Hotel Operations Manager
Your main responsibilities will be to oversee and assist in the overall running of the hotel and its departments, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Key Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel is essential for this position.
* A Hotel management qualification or equivalent is considered an advantage.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills with a professional and friendly demeanor are required.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to enhance the guest experience are necessary.
* The successful candidate will have the ability to lead a team across all departments, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel on a daily basis.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
* Efficiency with hotel booking systems such as Hotsoft & Opera is also essential.
